Because of our particular circumstances (we currently live in Tanzania where we work as volunteers with disabled people and get little chance to come to Europe) SeaTerra very kindly let us take over our apartment two weeks earlier than the scheduled date... We were met at our apartment by Oren and he already had his own snagging list. We went round the apartment with him and he explained what he thought needed doing. We found a couple of other small things and added them to the list. We agreed to come back in 3 days time by which time Oren said everything would be done. On the appointed day we returned to the apartment and everything had been done, including another coat of paint throughout the apartment and a basic clean up. We were very happy with the result and so were happy to meet with Bea to sort out the paperwork... ..We have been delighted with the service that we have received from SeaTerra and latterly from Bea at Vistamar. From the moment we started looking for apartments or villas in Cyprus and expressed an interest in buying a SeaTerra apartment the staff both in the UK and in Cyprus could not have been more helpful. Karen, who sold us the apartment answered all our questions and never once pressured us into buying any of the visited apartments or villas in Cyprus. The inspection visit was arranged without any problems and again Jan answered all our questions and never applied a hint of pressure. Indeed when we wanted to go back to look at other villas in Cyprus, she agreed to take us without complaint in spite of a very busy diary. The buying process, through Margaret has also been painless (apart from actually paying of course!). All in all SeaTerra could not have been more patient and helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. Now that the apartment has been handed over to us we are content that Vistamar will continue this high standard of service. This is important to us as we cannot use the apartment ourselves but our friends and family will. We know that the apartment will be in good hands and will be well looked after between visitors. I had never thought of buying a property overseas, let alone Northern Cyprus. Vicki saw a web site displaying beautiful villas in Cyprus and told me about it over a walk with the dogs. Within a week, Vicki and I had booked an inspection visit to check the villas in Cyprus and, a week later, had bought two garden apartments in SeaTerra Bay - the husbands never having even been to the country! Last weekend (20 Apr) the four of us went over to Northern Cyprus to see how things were progressing with the apartments and villas in Cyprus project. We stayed at the Rocks hotel in Kyrenia. What a fantastic few days we had, SeaTerra had organized it for us and it went without a hitch. The men fell in love with the site and the apartments and are already planning where the dingy will be kept. They fell in love with the golf course (10 minutes away) and had a fantastic round on the Sunday (followed by brunch which we joined them for) We drove back to the airport on the new road from Tatlisu - fantastic - 25 minutes - we are so looking forward to December when it will be completed. We had an absolutely fantastic few days in Northern Cyprus and we just want to say a big Thank You Sue for all that you did for us - both whilst we were there and beforehand with hotels/restaurants/car hire. It was all very much appreciated.
