Wardrobes |
| The internal depth of the fitted wardrobes is 56 60cm

Screening |
| The screening off of external terrace areas is up to the individual, but in the case of solar panels and water tanks, we must remind you that access is required for maintenance. |

Pergolas |
| The upright supports are made of three pieces of solid pine, compressed and adhered together and then covered in additional pine panels and treated to give a smooth and durable finish. |

|
External Air Conditioning Pipes |
|
These pipes need to remain accessible for cleaning and maintenance. The pipes will run down to allow drainage into the ground, and will finish approximately 10cm away from the base of your wall to avoid staining and damp.

Complex Fencing |
| The fence surrounding the complex, is made of 3mm galvanised steel, designed to support the planting, to give an aesthetic boundary and an unimpeded view. |

|
Roads |
| The road leading to the Marina is an official government road, we will tarmac the road, from the main road to the complex. |
|
|
Entrance Door |
| The doors used were a major upgrade to the original choice. As a serious company we want to provide clients with durable and quality materials. We found after extensive research that the weather warps the wood due to a variety of factors (direct sun, the extreme changes in temperature between day and night here, sea air etc). To prevent unnecessary costs to clients in the future we decided to spend the additional funds and upgrade the original spec to a solid steel security door.

Internal Doors |
| Door stops will be fitted to all internal doors to prevent damage to the walls. |
|
|
Satellite Television |
| Satellite dishes (60cm diameter) will be installed on site to allow apartment owners to simply make a deposit for the decoder box and sign up with Digiturk for the package of their choice. |

|
Internet |
| Satellite connection will be available.
|
|
|
Generators |
| There will be an onsite generator to run the water storage, gate and sewage treatment plant.
|
|
|
Bottled Gas |
|
After the initial purchase of a gas bottle at around 28ytl, it can then be refilled at just about any general store on the island; this costs about 17ytl (as at 08/01/07).

Commercial Clean |
|
A commercial clean using chemical cleaner to remove marks such as paint and grout splashes from surfaces that can be marked by scouring, costs will be advised in the pre handover letters.

Poolside Furniture |
| Communal furniture and shade areas will be provided around the swimming pools. |

Pool Showers |
| There will be showers provided around the pool area. |
|
|
Landscaping |
| There will be 2 natural grass areas around both pools. Every other communal area will be landscaped with shrubs and cover plants. The garden areas will be covered with an artificial grass called PROTURF. The supplier has had their product certified by UEFA and recommended by FIFA. The UV guarantees should provide years of maintenance free quality lawn cover. The reason we have elected to use this in the garden areas is because as water is so short in Cyprus (as in many other Mediterranean countries) the local authorities do not allow the supply of water for irrigation and pools on large complexes. The artificial grass provides a very real green lawn to enjoy year round. |
