SeaTerra Marina was our second complex that was completed in the spring of 2007.
All 162 apartments were handed over to their new owners, at perhaps one of the most
beautiful times of the year in Tatlisu.
The Northen Cyprus properties complex overlooks a traditional Mediterranean fishing
Marina where, thanks to the work done to enhance this particular seafront area,
new residents will be able to sit and watch the sunset fall over this very beautiful
and tranquil scene.
SeaTerra Marina offered an additional choice of apartment at the Northern Cyprus
properties, as a 3rd floor meant there was also the option of a 2 bed 1st floor
apartment, as well as the garden and penthouse apartments found in all of our apartment
complexes. Which ever apartments were chosen, all buyers were incredibly happy and
surprised at just how much space they had, especially on the outside terraces and
gardens.
As with all our complexes, Vistamar, the dedicated management company, is on site
to ensure the complex retains the standards in place from day one, with property
management and rentals extra services offered in addition to their main role of
complex management.
The local restaurants and a beautiful bay, with its large beach area adjacent to
the complex (also part of the enhancement program), are just a couple of the things
our new owners of Northen Cyprus properties can look forward to exploring in this
very sought after area, that they are now lucky enough to have their own little
part of.
