We proudly opened the gates of SeaTerra Esentepe to the 88 excited new home owners on schedule in November 2006. The project, which was sold out on completion, had proved incredibly popular as the first complex of its kind to be developed in North Cyprus.
SeaTerra Esentepe consists of 88 apartment divided into 1, 2 and 3 bedroom garden and penthouse apartments. The landscaped areas are lavishly covered with 17,000 plants to compliment the natural green surroundings of the pine forests and ravines. These, in addition to the original olive trees incorporated into the complex design, create a beautifully relaxed and peaceful area around the large pool area housing the main pool and the generously sized kid’s pool.
The dedicated management company, Vistamar are on site to ensure the complex retains the standards in place from inception through the years to come and ensure continuous communication with the new home owners, several of whom now intend to change their initial plans and move over as a permanent resident. Rental and property management services are also available via Vistamar, allowing apartments owners to make the most out of their investment whilst they are not using them personally.
SeaTerra Esentepe has already developed a real sense of community and we hope the new owners of this, our first project in North Cyprus, have many happy years here.
