Long awaited news of the exciting Marina development is now here. Not to be confused with the beautiful fishing marina overlooked by our SeaTerra Marina complex, Port Cyprian Marina is a 542 berth marina complex being developed between our complexes in Esentepe and Tatlisu. The development includes shops, bars and restaurants as well as the massive berthing dock areas. According to the latest press release, work is due to begin later this year and the marina itself shall be complete in 18 months.

The Port Cyprian Marina in conjunction with Esentepe Golf Course (which completes this year) emphasises the huge attraction and investment opportunities in this very beautiful part of North Cyprus.
