Alternatively, if you don’t want to miss out on your apartment and are ready to reserve, we offer our Reserve and Visit trips.

If you reserve an apartment before you come over, you are entitled to a free trip for 2 people, up to the value of £500. Just pay your £1,000 reservation fee** at the same time as your inspection trip costs and let us know when you are ready to visit. Your trip will be refunded from your 1st instalment.

**reservation fee is non refundable. However, if you take your Inspection Trip within 4 - 6 weeks of paying your reservation Fee, you are entitled to change your selection during your trip.
